Textured Decorative Coatings

The ACRYLMERIC Texacote System consists of a complementary range of textured coatings used for weatherproofing, decorative and industrial applications. From ceiling remediation to new masonry walls,  ACRYLMERIC Texacote is a low VOC, high-build, acrylic coating which provides a long-wearing finish.

Delivering the on-trend textured surface which is a current  fashion trend, Texacote may be used on both interior and exterior walls.

Texacote can be applied over a variety of substrates to form an attractive, durable coating that offers greater protection against continual expansion and contraction of the substrate, offering increased protection against the weather.

The product provides increased decorative options when used in conjunction with ACRYLMERIC Waterproofing membranes. These provide a second skin to many substrates e.g. concrete, masonry, compressed cement and fibrous cement sheeting, brick, timber etc.

Designed for application by brush and textured roller, the product readily washes out in water.

RECOMMENDED USES

TEXACOTE is a high build, decorative coating system that can be tinted to a wide range of pastel colours while offering superior flexibility and resilience properties.

TEXACOTE MEDIUM: is a hard wearing exterior finish applied by roller with very small aggregate particles. May be used on exterior masonry surfaces including concrete tilt slab constructions, fibrous cement sheet, brickwork and blockwork. Displays excellent weathering and water resistance.

TEXACOTE FINE: is a hard wearing exterior finish made to fill small hairline cracks and small holes whilst giving a render like appearance. Contains fine aggregate particles. May be used on exterior masonry surfaces including concrete tilt slab constructions, fibrous cement sheet, brickwork and blockwork. Displays excellent weathering and water resistance.

TEXACOTE FLAT: This product delivers a stipple finish which hides minor surface imperfections.  This variant may be used on almost all exterior on interior masonry surfaces.

ACRYLMERIC Texacote is a high build decorative coating; it is not suitable for waterproofing. For waterproofing applications, use only ACRYLMERIC waterproofing membranes.
